Because of that, all our products are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, color preference, or a change of heart.
However, if something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right.
We Will Gladly Replace or Refund If:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- Your package is lost in transit
If any of the above happens, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your order didn’t arrive).

- A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of what went wrong
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.
Please Keep in Mind:
- Because every item is created just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing — so please double-check your selections before placing your order.
- We are not able to change shipping details once an order is submitted. Be sure your name, address, and item selections are correct.
- If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may need to cover the cost of reshipping.
